$2.1m Land Deal: Wike’s Son Under EFCC Probe

The son of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, Jordan Nyesom-Wike, is under investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over an alleged $2.1 million land transaction.Two firms — Safwan Garba GY and GY Global Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited — petitioned the anti-graft agency, alleging fraud, obtaining money by false pretence, criminal misappropriation and conversion.
