ghana news Mining company seeks govt’s intervention over destruction of assets – Due to pending court order

An indigenous mining company, Narawa Company Limited, has appealed to the government to intervene and stop the destruction of the company’s assets and unlawful takeover of its mining concessions.The company said there was a High Court order in suit number GJ/CM/MISC/0216/26, restraining any form of interference with its operations pending the final determination of an arbitral dispute regarding the legality of the revocation of its mining leases.
