A Texas man has been charged after he allegedly told a teenager he wanted to impregnate her, then invited the girl and her parents to a Donald Trump rally.

Hunter James Kufta, 32, was arrested on Thursday and charged with online solicitation of a minor.

Police said Kufta, who lives in Austin, was messaging a 15-year-old Houston girl online.

The girl’s parents contacted authorities after learning Kufta was allegedly repeatedly and explicitly chatting online with their daughter and refusing to leave her alone, according to Harris County Constable Alan Rosen.

The messages allegedly included telling the teen he wanted to get her pregnant and inviting the girl and her parents to attend a Trump rally in San Antonio, Fox 26 reported.

The investigation began when the girl’s parents contacted the Memorial Villages Police Department, which then contacted Constable Precinct 1’s specialized Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, Rosen said.

After coordinating with the girl’s parents, a detective assumed the girl’s online identity and continued investigating.

Kufta allegedly repeatedly expressed his feelings for the girl and said he wanted to come to Houston to have sex with her and possibly conceive a child, according to the court records.

He also said he wanted the girl and her parents to join him in attending a rally in San Antonio.

Kufta was arrested Thursday night in Austin with assistance from the Austin Police Department.

‘This predator was incredibly bold. Thank goodness we caught him and stopped him from having more child victims,’ Rosen said.

‘Open relationships ensure that if children are exploited or suffering any kind of online crisis, they know they can turn to their parents for help.’

Records show Kufta is being held at the Harris County Jail on a $500,000 bond. His next court appearance is scheduled for Tuesday.

If convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Kufta was previously convicted of a sex offense involving a minor in Florida and required to register as a sex offender there, according to the constable’s office.

According to a Gulf Coast News Now report from October 2022, Kufta was arrested for sending lewd pictures to a minor and threatening to rape her.

Investigators said Kufta befriended a teenage girl while she was on vacation in Naples with her family that January.

According to police, the victim sent a Snapchat of her location, which Kufta saw.

He then allegedly replied with an image of his genitals and told the girl he was coming over to rape her.

The Daily Mail contacted the Harris County District Attorney’s Office and Kufta’s defense attorney for comment.
