Blue Lock Chapter 365 begins with Chigiri following the ball as he runs after it. He gets faster, and his eyes become sparks of light. Swift, an English player, tries to put his arm across Chigiri's chest to block him. However, Chigiri does not stop as he runs past Swift and gets to the ball with an emotionless face.

On the bench, Henry is shocked while Fox remains unemotional. After that, another England defender appears, but Chigiri tricks him and changes direction towards the left side. But this changes the angle he will have to shoot from.

Hiori stands alone near the goal. Reo, Karasu, and Shidou run to the ball and demand it from him. England’s goalie directs the defenders into their positions. Chigiri is nearing the edge of space and passes the ball towards the goal.

The ball flies over Hiori's head, over Reo, over Shidou, and over Karasu. Shidou looks the angriest because he has not done much in the game. Chigiri believes that the ball is placed where it should be. The ball proceeds towards Isagi, who had set the pass as mentioned in the previous chapter. This pass is what makes Blue Lock Chapter 365 memorable.

Isagi runs toward the ball with puzzle pieces in the air. Henry is impressed while Fox grins. Then, all of a sudden, Teddy shows up in front of Isagi. That's strange since Isagi left him down on the floor before this.

Isagi uses his meta vision. He uses his special ability and gets two pistols. He starts circulating his left leg in an arc around the ball while hitting it with his right leg. The attempt seems to be perfect. Teddy sticks his toe right at the end and changes the ball's direction. Blue Lock Chapter 365 gives the team a corner instead of a goal.

Hiori approaches the corner with Shidou, Chigiri, and Kurona waiting. The ball goes to Shidou, who jumps over the defender, but England's keeper punches the ball away and hits Shidou's face. Fox doesn't follow what happens, and his hand keeps going up to his mouth.

The ball goes back down to Isagi, who now wants the ball more. Fox keeps thinking about the second half and how he stole the ball from Teddy's blind spot and made the pass to Chigiri. Then he sees Loki, Noah, and Hugo next to Isagi. The last frame of Blue Lock Chapter 365 creates anticipation for the next chapter.
