“It’s my dream to have Sark-Shatta-Stonebwoy joint concert” – Sarkodie
Sarkodie dreams of a Sark-Shatta-Stonebwoy concert: ‘If you say tomorrow, I’ll be present’
Imagine a concert headlined by Ghana’s music Big 3 (Sarkodie, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy) sharing one stage, performing their biggest hits and giving fans a night they would talk about for years.
This is the kind of musical spectacle Sarkodie would love to see happen, and he says he is ready whenever the call comes.
The award-winning rapper revealed in an interview that a joint concert is one of his dreams, as it will be an exciting prospect for Ghanaian music lovers.
And if it were up to him, fans would not have to wait too long.
“I’m very ready. If you say tomorrow, I will even be present. It would be so fun,” Sarkodie said.
But while the thought of seeing the three stars on one bill is enough to get fans imagining the possibilities, Sarkodie knows that pulling off such a concert would take more than a date, a venue and a lineup announcement.
For the rapper, unity and agreement among all three artistes would be key to making the dream a reality.
Currently, Sarkodie already shares a brotherhood with Shatta Wale, and the two have performed together on stage. Stonebwoy, however, remains the missing piece in the proposed musical reunion.
A joint show would give them an opportunity to put their differences aside, unite through music and offer fans a shared experience that goes beyond their individual fanbases.
Just imagine the transitions: Sarkodie commanding the stage with his rap anthems, Shatta Wale unleashing his dancehall hits and Stonebwoy bringing his own catalogue of crowd favourites.
Now, the question is whether Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy would be willing to join him in turning that dream into one of Ghana’s most anticipated concert experiences.
