Ebenco Receives NMDPRA Authorisation to Introduce Hydrocarbons as Refinery Advances to Commissioning

Ebenco Global Link Limited has received authorisation from the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) to introduce hydrocarbons into the Ebenco Refinery, marking a significant milestone as the facility advances to commissioning.The authorisation follows the satisfactory outcome of a Pre-Start-Up Safety Audit (PSSA) conducted by the Authority at the refinery.
