Marla Maples, 62, looks like daughter Tiffany Trump’s twin… as she flaunts her very youthful complexion

Marla Maples has left many followers doing a double take.
The 62-year-old appeared in a series of snapshots from Tiffany’s 33rd birthday party as she celebrated the milestone on Tuesday.
In images shared to Instagram, Maples could be seen wearing a $195 yellow twist strap cowl neck tank and $419 pink wide-leg satin trousers, both by Alice + Olivia.
She accessorized with a chain-style belt that dangled to the side as well as a necklace and series of bracelets.
The mom-of-one wore her bleached blonde hair in curls and swept back over one shoulder in a similar style to her daughter.
And as she posed next to Tiffany, whom she shares with ex-husband President Donald Trump, it was her youthful complexion that caught the eye.
So much so that Marla looked more like Tiffany’s sister than her mom.
But what are her secrets to looking fresh-faced?
Marla, who became a grandmother last year after Tiffany gave birth to baby Alexander, has been open about her approach to aging in the past.
Speaking to Charleston Grit, a publication based in South Carolina, back in 2016, she said she had ‘always been committed to wellness.’
‘I do regular acupuncture treatments, cryotherapy, and as a long-time Kabbalah student, I focus heavily on my spiritual growth.
‘It sounds cliché but I’ve always believed that true beauty comes from within,’ the mom explained.
In terms of her skincare routine, she explained how she avoided ‘too many products or ingredients… since much of what we wear ends up being absorbed.’
Discussing the possibility of cosmetic tweakments, she said at the time: ‘It’s definitely a personal decision but I’ve always strived to maintain a naturally youthful appearance without the help of Botox and fillers.
‘I’ve seen some women who look good doing tiny touches but when overdone, it can drastically alter your appearance instead of making you look younger.
‘Since I do all I can to eat organically and use natural products, I personally choose not to use, much less inject anything that’s not natural to my own body’s make-up.’
But beyond skincare, Marla also spends time keeping her body healthy.
She regularly shares her gym routines with her 276,000 followers on Instagram, with her workouts including jump squats and exercises with weighted balls.
The former TV presenter has also given followers snippets into her wellness journey on social media, which includes reformer Pilates, hiking, swimming and yoga.
Marla has always preached about taking care of your body, even releasing her own workout VHS, titled Journey to Fitness in 1992.
In 2017, she spoke to People about her love of health and wellness.
‘[I am] committed to helping others be the healthiest and best they can be through food and exercise choices so they can enjoy a joyful and healthy life,’ she told the publication at the time.
Maples, who is semi-vegan, also added she grew up eating meat but these days her mostly vegan diet is packed with plenty of vegetables, juices and gluten-free grains.
She explained that she was actually a vegetarian until she read Eat Right 4 Your Type, a diet book that claims people should be tailoring their nutrition to their blood types.
‘I am a solid O+ which means a bit of lamb, beef or wild game is actually a boost for my lineage of Cherokee American roots,’ Maples said of her diet, which now allows the occasional piece of meat.
