Lotto merchant arraigned over alleged N200,000 theft

A lotto merchant, Ogunniyi Daniel, was on Wednesday arraigned before an Abeokuta Magistrates’ Court in Isabo over an alleged N200,000 theft.Daniel, whose address was not provided, pleaded not guilty to a two-count charge of stealing and damage to property.The prosecutor, ASP Ojo Adewusi told the court that the defendant committed the offence between June and October at Mile 2, Abeokuta.
