Arrest made after man says he didn’t stop for blue lights because he was ‘in a hurry’

A Baxter County man has been arrested after he said he didn’t stop for blue lights because he was “in a hurry”. Facing four charges for the incident is 58-year-old Terry Lee Stone of rural Mountain Home.According to the probable cause affidavit from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, the event began when a deputy clocked a vehicle being driven by Stone at 85 miles-per-hour on Arkansas State Highway 201 North.
