Shawn Mkhize is super rich, see her mansions and how she made her millions

When Mamkhize’s house was revealed to the public, it left South Africans astonished. The house resembled a shopping mall, sparking curiosity about her profession and how she amassed such great wealth.

Mamkhize is the owner of the construction company Zikhulie, which has obtained tenders to build RDP houses in KZN. She inherited the company from her father, who was an ANC councilor. The company has faced corruption investigations regarding these tenders.

In the upscale suburb of La Lucia, Mamkhize owns a house that has garnered significant attention. She purchased the house in 1990 for R17 million, and its current value is estimated at R25 million. The house boasts an entertainment pad and a showroom for her luxurious vehicles, housing over 60 cars. Additionally, it features indoor and outdoor pools and 24-hour security.

In 2000, Mamkhize also acquired a neighboring house and transformed it into a recreational area for her son Andile, where he can relax with his friends. It’s quite remarkable to buy an entire house just for recreational purposes, but it seems to be a result of having substantial wealth without knowing how to manage it.

Furthermore, Mamkhize owns four mansions in Sandton. She and her son Andile purchased these properties for a combined value of R20 million, with individual prices ranging from R3.95 million to R8.25 million. One may question the purpose of owning such a collection of houses if they are not being used as residences.

Mamkhize is also known for her passion for fashion, as she consistently wears designer clothing. However, despite having access to high-end designer garments, her fashion sense is often criticized.
