Mansion, church, GHS 2million – Check out Florence Obinim’s full divorce demands

Ghanaian gospel musician Florence Obinim has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband, Bishop Angel Obinim, after their public separation.

Following their 24 years of marriage, Florence has made some demands as compensation for the time she lived as his lawfully wedded wife.

She is seeking GH¢2 million in damages, and other reported claims which include a mansion at Trassaco Valley in East Legon, another mansion in Barcelona, Spain, as well as a 21-unit block of shops in Tema.

Also listed are Abroso Guest House in Accra and a multi-storey property said to contain residential apartments, guest-house facilities and church facilities.

Florence is also reportedly seeking two luxury vehicles and GH¢10,000 weekly to cover her upkeep and personal expenses, alongside any additional properties the court may consider appropriate.

The demands were made known by Bishop Obinim during a Sunday service in his International God’s Way Church.

The reported demands have drawn attention following comments attributed to , where he is said to have reacted angrily to the claims.

Obinim questioned the demands and declared his readiness to contest the matter, insisting that he would not give his wife any money.

He alleged that his estranged wife is being influenced by some persons who will only lead her to doom.
