Ayra Starr Announces 20-City World Tour For 2027

Nigerian singer Ayra Starr is preparing to take her music to audiences across Europe, the United Kingdom and North America with a 20-city world tour scheduled for 2027.

The singer announced the tour on October 12, 2026, through her official Instagram account, giving fans details of the upcoming shows. The tour will support her third studio album, Starrgirl, and is expected to take her to several cities across the three regions.

The Starrgirl World Tour is scheduled to begin on January 20, 2027, at Live Music Hall in Cologne, Germany. From there, the singer will continue to other locations as part of the 20-city schedule.

The tour marks another major step in Ayra Starr’s growing international career. Since emerging as one of Nigeria’s prominent Afrobeats artists, she has built an audience beyond the country, with her music reaching listeners across different parts of the world.

Born Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, Ayra Starr first gained widespread attention after joining Mavin Records. She has since established herself with a distinctive sound that blends Afrobeats with pop and R&B influences.

Her growing international profile has also brought opportunities to perform for audiences outside Africa. The 2027 tour will give fans in Europe, the UK and North America an opportunity to experience songs from Starrgirl alongside other music from her catalogue.

While the European and North American dates are part of the announced tour, Ayra Starr also had a message for fans back home. Addressing her African audience, she said, “Africa I’ll see you in December.”

The message points to a possible opportunity for African fans to see the singer perform before the 2027 tour begins. However, specific dates, venues and locations for those December performances were not included in the information provided in the announcement.

For now, attention is on the January 20 opening date in Cologne and the 20-city schedule planned for 2027. Further details about individual stops will help fans determine when the singer will perform in their cities.

With Starrgirl serving as the focus of the tour, Ayra Starr is set to bring her latest musical chapter to audiences across several international markets. Fans will be watching for additional dates and ticket information as preparations for the tour continue.
