Relief for vulnerable

Finance Minister Davendranath Tancoo presented the 2027 national budget where he sought to put more money in the pockets of vulnerable citizens whilst taxing big spenders and tightening the tax net to raise revenue.For two-and-a-half hours Tancoo outlined fiscal details in the budget themed “A People-Centred Approach: Investing in Communities, Transforming the Economy and Securing a Sustainable Future”.
