“Not All American Women Are Rich” – Woman Cautions Nigerians About the High Cost of Living in the US

An American woman has warned Nigerians who want to move to the United States not to assume that everyone who lives there is financially comfortable.

In a video shared online, the woman revealed that she was struggling financially and had been sleeping in her car because of the high cost of living.

She explained that earning a low salary while dealing with many expenses made life difficult. These expenses include rent, car insurance, taxes and other insurance payments.

According to her, even people who work hard can find it difficult to save money and improve their financial situation because of the high cost of living.

The woman urged Nigerians to understand that life in the United States is not always as easy as many people imagine. She also pointed out that other countries may offer better living conditions.

“Not every American woman is rich. For example, me, I dey suffer, I sleep inside my car because it’s too expensive over here,” she said.

She argued that many people have an unrealistic perception of life in the US, believing that everyone living there enjoys financial stability.

“Everybody thinks that it is easy in this country, but it’s not. I wish people would quit thinking that every American is rich, but we are not,” she added.
