Northwest 54th Avenue closed in Polk County for crash investigation

A stretch of Northwest 54th Avenue in Polk County was closed for about 90 minutes on Monday afternoon between Northwest 3rd Court and Northwest 6th Drive due to a crash investigation.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office said deputies were investigating a single-vehicle rollover crash.

Two people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash, the PCSO said. A male occupant was uninjured and the female driver was transported to a local hospital for possible minor injuries.
