Endrick Agent Makes Surprise Real Madrid Transfer Announcement
Endrick’s agent has played down the possibility of a January transfer away from Real Madrid despite growing interest from Arsenal, Manchester United and Aston Villa.
According to a report by FootballTransfers on Monday, 12 October 2026, Alan Redmond, head of football at the Brazilian forward’s agency RocNation, believes the 20-year-old will remain at the Spanish club despite his limited playing time.
Endrick has struggled to establish himself at Real Madrid since joining the club more than two years ago. Injuries and competition for places have restricted his opportunities, raising questions about his long-term future at the Santiago Bernabeu.
The forward spent the second half of last season on loan at Lyon after struggling for regular minutes under Xabi Alonso.
Although he showed promise in France, his spell was mixed, and he returned to Madrid hoping to revive his career.
He was reportedly close to joining AS Roma on loan during the summer, but manager Jose Mourinho convinced him to stay.
However, Endrick has played just four minutes this season, having fallen behind Carlos Espi in the pecking order following a pre-season injury.
His lack of involvement has fuelled speculation about another loan move in January, with Roma and AC Milan among the clubs linked with him. Arsenal, Manchester United and Aston Villa have also been mentioned as potential destinations.
Real Madrid are reportedly becoming more open to the possibility of allowing the youngster to leave temporarily, but Redmond has suggested that a departure is unlikely.
“The financial aspect isn’t important; the player evaluates the club’s project,” Redmond explained.
“We’re talking about a player with the qualities to be at Real Madrid; he just needs opportunities.”
Redmond also acknowledged the difficulties Endrick experienced during his loan spell in France, suggesting that fitness issues affected his progress.
“Endrick came from a loan spell at Lyon and played very well in France, then he had some problems, and I think it was also quite frustrating for him not to be at his best physically.”
Despite the uncertainty surrounding his playing time, Redmond insisted that remaining in Madrid had always been the preferred option.
“However, the idea has always been to stay in Madrid. We’ll see what happens in the future, but honestly, I think he’ll stay at Real Madrid for a long time. That’s my opinion.”
Addressing the possibility of a January move directly, he added: “I don’t think he’ll move. The clubs mentioned are fantastic, but I don’t think he’ll go play anywhere else.”
