Don Little Reveals Painful Childhood, Dark Moments

Ghanaian actor Don Little has opened up about the painful experiences he endured during childhood, recounting alleged bullying, physical abuse and rejection by his father, which he says left him deeply hurt.

Speaking on UTV, the actor said his father once hit him so hard on the head that he fell into a coma. He also recalled that his father turned down a wealthy man who wanted to adopt him, despite the man providing a house where his father was staying.

According to Don Little, the man liked him and even bought him a bicycle, but his father later sold it.

Recounting how deeply the incident affected him, Don Little said he cried and cursed his father, believing the curse affected his father’s work.

“I cursed him and told him his work would never be the same again”, he said.

He said his father’s job subsequently suffered, prompting him to return, express regret and apologise. Don Little said he forgave him and later gave him a lotto number that reportedly brought him a win.

“My father realised the curse was affecting him, so he bought me a gift and apologised to me, which I forgave him”, he said.

However, the actor said he was disappointed his father didn’t buy him anything after winning.

Don Little further alleged that his father repeatedly tormented him, described him as useless and even wanted to get rid of him.
