CM Bugti inaugurates girls college in Sui

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti on Monday inaugurated Mir Ghulam Qadir Girls College in the Sui area of Balochistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

The establishment of a girls’ college in the area will help promote education for women. The college will also provide all facilities for better education of girls.

The operationalization of this college will provide female students from Sui and the surrounding areas with better opportunities to pursue higher education locally, while also helping to improve the educational system and raise literacy rates.

Earlier on October 12, 2026, Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti announced that recent administrative reforms and improved governance in Balochistan are yielding tangible results, particularly in the crucial education and health sectors.

The Chief Minister revealed that complaints regarding teachers failing to attend schools and doctors being absent from hospitals have plummeted to less than one per cent over the past three months.

He described the sharp decline as clear evidence that the provincial government’s robust monitoring system and proactive governance approach are delivering on the ground.
