A TEXAS Roadhouse sister restaurant is among the major chains forced to adopt a new $5 minimum standard.New city laws will require businesses – including Bubba’s 33 – in Las Cruces, New Mexico, to raise worker wages starting in the new year.Starting January 1, 2027, the non-tipped minimum wage will increase to $13.47 per hour.
