Woman killed in crash involving agricultural machinery in Clinton County, OSP says

CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio (WXIX) -A 48-year-old Goshen woman was killed Saturday in a head-on crash involving an agricultural machine in Clinton County, according to troopers with the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened around 4:13 p.m. on State Route 350 near mile marker 1 in Vernon Township, about a mile from the route’s intersection with U.S. 22 near Clarksville.

Troopers say Heather Hadley was driving a 2017 Ford Flex southeast when her vehicle crossed the center line and hit a northwestbound John Deere S680 combine.

Hadley died at the scene, OSP said. The combine’s driver, 40-year-old Lester Kilburn of Morrow, was not injured.

It is unclear if drugs or alcohol played a factor in the crash.
