Dell Launches Windows AI PCs With 128GB Memory and 20 Petaflops Power

The lineup has three machines: a creator laptop, a compact desktop, and an AI workstation. All three use NVIDIA’s new RTX Spark chip.

The XPS 16 Creator Edition is the first XPS laptop built around RTX Spark.

It uses an RTX Spark superchip with up to a 6,144-core NVIDIA Blackwell RTX GPU and a 20-core NVIDIA Grace CPU. It supports up to 128GB of memory, shared between the CPU and GPU.

The laptop body is 17.8mm thick. It has a 3.2K tandem OLED screen that covers 100% of the DCI-P3 color range and hits up to 1,000 nits of brightness. Dell calibrates each screen to a Delta E below 2, with Pantone Validation. Refresh rate runs from 20Hz to 120Hz.

For ports, it has a full-size SDXC v7.1 card reader, three USB4 Type-C ports with DisplayPort 2.1, HDMI 2.1b, and a headphone jack. It supports up to three external monitors.

The laptop runs NVIDIA’s full CUDA software stack. It also supports GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ComfyUI, and Cursor. Apps like Blender, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Premiere run natively. MATLAB runs through Microsoft’s Prism emulation layer. Gamers get support for Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, and the Xbox PC app.
