US green card suspension may have limited impact on Indian IT firms as PERM filings fall

NEW DELHI: The US suspension of eight technology companies, including Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro and HCL, from the green card sponsorship programme may have a limited impact on their operations, as data show Indian IT firms have sharply reduced applications for permanent residency in recent years.
