EOCO Is Coming For GFA, I Have A Dossier – Old Tafo MP Drops Bombshell

Member of Parliament for Old Tafo and Ranking Member on Parliament’s Sports Committee, Hon. Vincent Ekow Assafuah, has made a shocking revelation about the Ghana Football Association (GFA).

Speaking on Kessben FM, the MP confirmed that the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO) is preparing to invite the GFA for questioning.

“Yes, I have heard reports that EOCO is preparing to invite the GFA. I don’t want to talk about that but in the coming days, I will be releasing a dossier of revelations about the GFA,” he said.

According to reports on Kessben Online, EOCO wants to question GFA officials over ticket allocation, registration procedures and other alleged irregularities linked to Ghana’s participation in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

The invitation is coming at a time when Ghanaians are demanding transparency and accountability in how World Cup matters are handled.

The issue has already caused big shake-ups. Government has removed the Director-General of the National Sports Authority (NSA) from office over the same controversy. Now attention is shifting to the GFA.

Hon. Assafuah, who has been very vocal against the GFA in recent weeks, says he is not done yet.

The MP, who has accused the GFA of adding no value to Ghana football, says he has compiled a dossier full of revelations about happenings at the FA.

He did not give details of what is inside the dossier, but he promised to release it in the coming days.

His comments have sparked serious tension in Ghana football, as many believe more heads could roll if EOCO begins its probe and if the dossier is made public.
