Mountain Home man airlifted to Springfield hospital after motorcycle accident in Gamaliel

A Mountain Home man was airlifted to a Springfield hospital following a motorcycle accident in Gamaliel Thursday evening. The 70-year-old, whose name has not been released by the Arkansas State Police (ASP), was flown to Cox Medical Center South.According to the preliminary accident report from the ASP, the accident happened when the man was southbound and attempting to negotiate a left-hand curve, ran off the right side of the roadway, and overturned.
