Sifuna reveals what Oburu’s bodyguard told him about ODM leader’s health

Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna has revealed that he last spoke to ODM leader Oburu Oginga while the Siaya senator was hospitalised before travelling to London, expressing hope for his speedy recovery and return to duty.Speaking during an interview with media houses at his office on Friday, October 9, 2026, Sifuna said their last communication took place through one of Oburu’s bodyguards, who informed him that the veteran politician was doing well and had been discharged from hospital.
