Constitutional Amendment 3: Mnangagwa appoints Kuda Tagwirei as Minister of Economic Development and Investment Promotion

President Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed businessman and ZANU-PF Central Committee member Kudakwashe “Kuda” Tagwirei as Zimbabwe’s Minister of Economic Development and Investment Promotion, separating the portfolio from the Finance Ministry held by Professor Mthuli Ncube.The appointment, announced on Thursday, October 8, takes effect immediately.
