Punjab outlines child-labour rehabilitation and worker health measures in ILO talks

LAHORE — Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz has outlined a programme of child-labour rehabilitation and worker health measures during talks with International Labour Organization Director-General Gilbert F. Houngbo, according to the provincial government’s October 8 account of the meeting.The measures described by the government include special rehabilitation centres and dedicated helplines intended to address child labour.
