Mohtasib resolves record 261,101 complaints in 2025

ISLAMABAD – The Wafaqi Mohtasib resolved a record 261,101 public complaints in 2025, achieving an implementation rate of 96.8 percent, President Asif Ali Zardari was informed on Thursday. Wafaqi Mohtasib Naveed Kamran Baloch called on President Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr and presented the institution’s Annual Report 2025, briefing him on its performance and measures aimed at improving public access to administrative justice.
