A TEEN has been arrested on suspicion of murder after allegedly executing a supercharged BBL specialist plastic surgeon in front of horrified customers at his Marbella clinic.UK-trained Dr Alexander Aslani, 57, was shot dead yesterday evening after a gunman charged into his Costa del Sol clinic.
