Craig Revel Horwood Weighs In On Strictly’s New Hosts After Initial Viewer Backlash
Last month, Craig returned for his 24th series of Strictly, where Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe took over presenting duties from outgoing hosts Tess Daly and Claudia Winkleman.
The trio received a mixed response for their first few weeks of hosting, and while Emma was widely praised, Josh and Johannes did face some criticism from viewers and critics.

âYou know⌠youâre just meeting, and the first Christmas together with the daughterâs new husband could be awkward.â
âItâs about building relationships,â he continued, insisting that, âin my opinionâ the team is doing âa really, really good jobâ and that âfrom this level theyâll just flyâ.
Singling out the âbrilliantâ Emma for praise, Craig said he âtotally lovesâ the former Big Brother star, enthusing: âShe knows exactly what sheâs doing. Sheâs very natural.â
As for Josh, he called the âbrilliantâ comedian âvery funny when heâs off the cuffâ.
âI know that he will come into his own. Heâs absolutely hilarious when he gets going,â Craig observed, adding that Johannes âadds something special because he has been through the whole processâ.
