CM hails Modi’s welfare steps for women, farmers

Addressing the ‘Seva Sankalp Sabha’ held at Miller School ground in Patna to celebrate PM Modi’s 25 years of service in public life, Samrat said Bihar has around 8.9 million farmers and claimed the Centre was ensuring that financial assistance reached them directly through bank transfers.
