Florida Olive Garden Employee Returns After Trespass Warning, Bodycam Shows Chaotic Arrest

Image Credit: Law&Crime Network / YouTube. A Florida Olive Garden employee’s firing turned into an arrest after deputies said she returned to the restaurant minutes after being ordered off the property.

Body-camera footage from the April 2 encounter in Hernando County shows deputies initially trying to get 25-year-old Corinna Yiselle Dillon to leave the Olive Garden on Cortez Boulevard after management called for help.

The restaurant’s general manager told deputies Dillon had been running through the restaurant yelling about her job before she was fired. Dillon, meanwhile, complained that the restaurant had not been properly stocked and argued that she had been punished for pointing out problems at work.

She eventually walked away after a deputy warned her that returning to the property could result in an arrest. The encounter might have ended there. Deputies said Dillon came back roughly 10 minutes later.

The footage, published by Law&Crime Network, begins with deputies responding to the restaurant shortly before 7:30 p.m.

Management told them Dillon had already been on a final written warning and had become argumentative after being told to leave.

A deputy eventually issued Dillon a trespass warning and repeatedly explained that she could not return.

“If you come back, you go to jail,” he told her before she left.

Minutes later, the same deputy spotted a BMW that he identified as Dillon’s vehicle. He said she had driven back onto the property after leaving.

Dillon disputed that account, repeatedly telling deputies that she had just left.

The confrontation escalated when deputies ordered Dillon out of the BMW.

Bodycam shows Dillon remaining in the driver’s seat as deputies repeatedly instructed her to step outside. Dillon continued arguing that she had left the restaurant and had done nothing wrong.

One deputy eventually reached into the vehicle and removed her seat belt before deputies pulled her out.

The struggle continued beside the vehicle as deputies ordered Dillon to place her hands behind her back.

According to the arrest account described in the video, Dillon began throwing punches toward deputies while they tried to take her into custody. Deputies brought her to the ground and handcuffed her.

She suffered a substantial cut to her forehead during the struggle.

Official Hernando County Sheriff’s Office arrest records identify Dillon as Corinna Yiselle Dillon and list charges of trespass after warning and resisting an officer with violence.

After the arrest, deputies attempted to have Dillon evaluated by medical personnel.

Dillon initially resisted the idea of going to a hospital, repeatedly asking deputies to take her directly to jail instead.

The footage shows a deputy explaining that she needed to be medically cleared because of the injury to her head.

At the hospital, Dillon continued protesting the treatment and at one point refused to walk inside. The video shows deputies ultimately carrying her toward the hospital entrance.

Law&Crime reported that Dillon was medically cleared before being booked into the Hernando County Detention Center.

Law&Crime reported that Dillon initially remained in custody without bond and ultimately spent 28 days behind bars.

According to the outlet’s review of online court records, a judge later set bond at $5,500.

Dillon initially pleaded not guilty, according to Law&Crime, before changing her plea to no contest on Aug. 7, 2026.

The outlet reported that she was sentenced to three years of probation and received credit for the 28 days she had already spent in custody.
