SERAP demands names, payment records of N50,000 relief beneficiaries

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has asked the federal government to disclose details of the funding, implementation and administration of its N50,000 National Emergency Relief and Stabilisation Intervention (NERSI), including beneficiaries, payment arrangements and safeguards against political interference.SERAP made the demand in a Freedom of Information request dated November 7, 2026, and signed by its deputy director, Kolawole Oluwadare and addressed to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr Bernard Doro.
