Reactions As Atiku Abubakar Reveals What He Did Same Year Tinubu Forfeited $460,000 In The US

There have been several reactions from social media users after former Vice President and presidential candidate of ADC, Atiku Abubakar revealed what he did in the same year President Bola Ahmed Tinubu forfeited $460,000 in the United State of America.

This was contained in a post that Atiku Abubakar shared on his official X handle on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

In the statement that Atiku Abubakar made on his page, he said he was laying the foundation for ABTI Academy in the same year a court in the United State of America ordered President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to forfeit money in his account.

The ADC presidential candidate stated that the ABTI Academy has grown into the American University of Nigeria today.

Here is what Atiku Abubakar wrote on his official X handle;

“In 1993, while a U.S. court ordered the forfeiture of funds in an account in your name, describing them as proceeds of narcotics trafficking or funds involved in unlawful financial transactions, I was laying the foundation for ABTI Academy”.
