Chef Hilda Baci has criticised the mindset of people who attribute her success to her partner, saying such comments show how much society still needs to change its attitude towards women.Baci said she finds the remarks upsetting, even though they do not necessarily annoy her, because they overlook the effort women put into building their own careers.
