“That Court Case Cannot Stand” — Primate Ayodele Declares Atiku Will Escape ADC Court Case
According to A Video on Primate Elijah Ayodele official Facebook page on Friday November 6 2026, Primate Elijah Ayodele has declared that the court cases being used against former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and the African Democratic Congress cannot stand.
Speaking in a prophetic video, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church said the legal battles against Atiku will fail, and that the ADC will survive the litigation aimed at scattering the party.
He said, “ADC, all these courts they are taking Atiku to, that court cannot stand.”
Ayodele advised Atiku to go and skip the court distractions and focus on the task ahead, insisting that the removal of Atiku through the courts will not stand.
He said the ADC is under a deliberate attack, with the ruling APC determined to scatter the opposition party with law and litigation.
He said, “If you are still dragging the Arab and Mark, APC will defeat you.”
Ayodele warned that if the party continues to drag the leadership crisis involving David Mark and others, the APC will defeat it and take the victory.
He explained that the APC is determined to see that it scatters the ADC with law and litigation, so that the party will not be able to present a strong challenge in 2027.
He said, “Because APC, they are determined to see that they scatter you with law, with litigation.”
Ayodele said he was speaking straight to Atiku, and that the plan to remove him through the court will not stand.
He said, “So I am just saying it straight to Atiku, that it will not stand.”
The cleric also warned that Aragbe and Mark will be affected by the ongoing crisis if the party does not act fast.
He said a new set of leaders must take over with immediate effect for the party to grow large and secure victory.
He said, “They should take over with immediate effect. That will make the party to go big, to grow large, and to give them victory.”
Ayodele said the person he saw to lead the new direction is one, maybe Adeyadi and Awa, who should be allowed to take charge.
He maintained that the ADC must put its house in order and stop the internal dragging that is giving the APC an advantage.
He concluded that despite the court cases and litigation, the ADC will survive, and Atiku will not be removed by the courts.
