Veekee James Celebrates Daughter Adeife as She Turns Six Months

Nigerian fashion designer Veekee James is celebrating a special milestone in her family as her daughter, Adeife, clocks six months.

The proud mother shared adorable pictures of her baby girl on her instagram page alongside a heartfelt message expressing her love and gratitude for having her in their lives.

Reflecting on the past six months, Veekee described her daughter as their answered prayer and greatest blessing. She also expressed how much happiness the little girl has brought into their home since her arrival.

The designer prayed that her daughter’s smile would never fade and that her life would always be as beautiful as the joy she has brought to the family.

The celebration comes a day after Veekee shared a humorous account of her daughter’s first word. The designer revealed that she had expected Adeife to say ‘mummy’ first, but the little girl said ‘dada’ instead.

Reacting to the development, Veekee jokingly recalled carrying her daughter throughout pregnancy, only for her to say her father’s name first. She also teased her daughter over taking after her father.

Veekee and her husband, Femi Atere, welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Eliana Adeife Atere, earlier this year.

Following the birth, the fashion designer shared a video documenting her delivery experience, revealing that she went through 48 hours of labour before welcoming her daughter.

She expressed gratitude to God for helping her through the experience and giving her family their little princess.

The couple later celebrated their daughter’s arrival with a church dedication and a party attended by several entertainment personalities, including Iyabo Ojo, Mercy Aigbe, Toyin Abraham and Priscilla Ojo.
