Pirates Rivals Have Sacked Their Coach Today

Siwelele FC have parted ways with head coach Lehlohonolo Seema and his assistant, Willem Jackson, in a major technical team shake-up that has attracted attention across South African football.

The club confirmed the decision on Monday, November 2, bringing an end to the partnership between the two coaches as Siwelele prepare for the next stage of the Betway Premiership season.

Seema was appointed with the responsibility of guiding the team, improving its performances and helping the club establish itself as a competitive force. However, Siwelele’s management has now decided to make changes to the technical department, with Jackson also leaving his position as assistant coach.

The decision represents a significant development for the club, particularly because the season is already underway and teams are working towards achieving their respective targets. Siwelele will now have to find a suitable replacement capable of bringing stability and ensuring that the squad remains competitive.

The departure of Seema is also an important moment for the experienced coach, who has previously worked with several clubs in South African football. His experience and knowledge of the local game make his next career move something supporters and football observers will be watching closely.

For the players, the coaching changes present a fresh challenge. They will need to adjust to a different technical direction once the club appoints a new head coach or introduces an interim coaching structure.

Siwelele’s management will be under pressure to identify the right replacement quickly to avoid disrupting the team’s preparations for upcoming fixtures. Supporters will also expect the next appointment to bring fresh ideas, improve consistency and deliver better results.

Meanwhile, the decision to dismiss Seema and Jackson could divide opinion among supporters, with some welcoming the changes while others may question whether the coaching duo were given sufficient time.

Nevertheless, their departure has officially opened a new chapter for Siwelele, who must now focus on finding the right leadership to guide the team forward.
