“Gachagua Has Over 6M Votes” Lawyer Reveals Why Ruto, Kalonzo and Sifuna Should Take Him Seriously

Lawyer Donald Kipkorir has made strong remarks about former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, describing him as one of the most powerful political figures ahead of the 2027 General Election.

In a statement shared on November 2, Kipkorir argued that the DCP leader could determine who wins the next presidential election, either by becoming a presidential candidate or supporting another politician.

According to Kipkorir, Gachagua commands more than six million solid votes, giving him significant influence in the country’s political landscape.

He suggested that any politician hoping to form the next government cannot afford to ignore the former Deputy President’s influence, especially as political leaders begin positioning themselves ahead of the much-anticipated 2027 contest.

Kipkorir further mentioned President William Ruto, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka and Linda Mwananchi leader Edwin Sifuna as politicians who understand the political strength Gachagua holds.

His remarks suggest that these leaders recognise the importance of maintaining a good relationship with Gachagua as different political camps prepare for the next election.

The lawyer also issued a strong warning to politicians who underestimate Gachagua’s influence.

He described such individuals as political morons, arguing that attacking the former Deputy President could have serious political consequences.

To emphasise his point, Kipkorir compared provoking Gachagua to a piglet disturbing a wounded lion, suggesting that those who underestimate him could face unexpected political challenges.

His remarks come at a time when political alliances and possible presidential partnerships are attracting attention across the country.

With the 2027 General Election approaching, Gachagua’s next political move could become an important factor in determining how different political camps organise themselves.

However, Kipkorir’s claim about the six million votes represents his political assessment, not an officially established voting figure.
