It Took Me Over A Year To Convince Rudeboy To Collaborate With Fancy Gadam — Shatta Bandle
Firdaus Iddrisu, popularly known as Shatta Bandle, has revealed that it took him about one year and eight months to convince Rudeboy of P-Square to collaborate with Fancy Gadam.
He said that although he is a fan of 69, that did not stop him from supporting another Northern artiste and helping to project the region to the world.
“Everyone knows I am a 69 fan, but that did not stop me from supporting another person from the North. God has given me a gift, but that gift is not just for me. It is also to support others. So, when Fancy contacted me to speak to Rudeboy, I called him and let the two of them talk, but he was still not convinced,” he said.
Shatta Bandle disclosed that he continued speaking to Rudeboy for more than a year before the musician agreed to the collaboration.
“I had to keep talking to him for about one year and eight months before he finally agreed to do the collaboration,” he said.
He added that he asked Fancy Gadam to send him footage of some of his successful concerts, which he then shared with Rudeboy to demonstrate the artiste’s popularity in the North.
“I asked Fancy to send me footage of his successful concerts, such as the All White concert and others, so I could show Rudeboy and convince him. I begged him to do this for me because of the kind of relationship we share,” he said.
