Nana Oye Bampoe Addo formally informs Ga Mantse of twin brothers’ funeral

Deputy Chief of Staff (Administration), Nana Oye Bampoe Addo, has paid a courtesy visit to the Ga Mantse, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, to formally announce the death of her twin brothers and invite him to their funeral rites.

Nana Oye, accompanied by members of her family, visited the Ga Mantse’s Palace on Friday, October 30, 2026, where the family officially informed the traditional ruler of the passing of Sidney and Isaac Bampoe Addo.

The family, led by its head, presented traditional items, including schnapps and cash, as part of the customary proceedings.

During the visit, Nana Oye also shared details about the professional backgrounds of her late brothers and formally extended an invitation to the Ga Mantse to attend their funeral ceremonies.

King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, who received the family in the presence of the Queen Mother, expressed his condolences and offered prayers and well wishes to Nana Oye and her family as they mourn their loss.

The funeral rites for the deceased brothers are scheduled for Saturday, November 7, 2026, at the State House Forecourt in Accra.
