The SABC channel for Saturday’s Soweto Derby between Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs has been confirmed.

The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has confirmed the match will be live on SABC 1.

Sections of Amakhosi fans may hate to hear this but form suggestions the Buccaneers are the favourites to win the game. But Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou was also quick to highlight that being favourites does not win you will win the game.

Pirates have seven wins and one draw in eight games in the Betway Premiership this season. The unbeaten run includes a remarkable 18 goals scored and just one conceded.

On the opposite side, coach Fernando Da Cruz’s side are also unbeaten in their first eight matches of the term. However, three wins and five draws is a vastly different return. Additionally, Amakhosi have scored 13 goals while conceding eight.
