‘Ndio Huyu“ Mombasa Businesswoman Roselyn’s beautiful Body Changes After Poisoning and Months in ICU

A Mombasa businesswoman, Roselyn Ashanti Mchuna, has reportedly suffered severe brain damage following a suspected poisoning incident during her birthday celebration on February 14, 2026.

Roselyn, popularly known as Chunna, was reportedly celebrating with friends and family when she suddenly collapsed. She was rushed to hospital, where she later spent several months in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

According to accounts shared about her ordeal, doctors suspected that she had consumed a poisonous substance during the celebration. She reportedly suffered approximately 50 per cent brain damage.

The condition has reportedly left her unable to walk, speak, see or eat independently. She now depends on her mother, who is providing full-time care as the family seeks further medical assistance.

Roselyn previously operated Airbnb properties in Mombasa, Nairobi and other towns. Her medical crisis has reportedly disrupted her business activities.

Her family is also seeking answers over what happened during the birthday party. Reports indicate that they filed a police complaint over suspected attempted murder.

However, no arrests have been publicly confirmed. The poisoning allegations and reported medical findings have also not been independently verified through publicly available medical or police records.

The family continues to seek answers and support as Roselyn receives care.
