My Lawyer Isn’t A SAN But He Defeated All The SANs Who Are In The Camp Of Uzodinma And APC -Okorocha

Former Governor Rochas Okorocha has praised his lawyer after defeating Governor Hope Uzodimma in court over the All Progressives Congress (APC) ticket for the Imo West Senatorial District in the 2027 elections

In an interview with Channels Television, Okorocha said the judge found that the election results Uzodimma presented were forged and written by one person. He said he was represented by a lawyer who was not a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), while Uzodimma and the APC had some of the country’s top lawyers, all of whom were SANs.

Okorocha said his lawyer was able to defeat the opposing legal team because the facts of the case were clear and supported his position.

In Okorocha’s words: “I had just a simple lawyer, not even a SAN that defeated some of the best brains who are in the camp of Hope and the party. They are all SANs, mine is not a SAN because the facts speaks for itself”
