FG begins N50,000 monthly cash relief for vulnerable Nigerian households

The Federal Government has commenced a monthly cash relief programme offering N50,000 to vulnerable Nigerian households to cushion the effects of rising living costs.The announcement was contained in a statement issued in Abuja on Friday, October 30, 2026, by the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction, Dr Bernard Doro.
