FG approves N50,000 monthly cash relief for Nigerians

As part of efforts to cushion the impact of rising living costs and global food inflation, the Federal Government has approved a monthly cash relief programme offering ₦50,000 to eligible vulnerable households.According to the government, the initiative, known as the National Emergency Relief and Stabilisation Intervention (NERSI), is part of President Bola Tinubu’s efforts to provide immediate financial assistance to millions of vulnerable Nigerians.
