Deadline for IG Kanja to Produce Tanzanian Activist Set

The High Court in Nairobi has ordered the police and other government agencies to produce Twaha Mwaipaya, dead or alive, before the court on Monday, November 2, 2026, following an urgent application filed by Vocal Africa.In orders issued on Friday, October 30, 2026, Justice Alexander Muasya Muteti directed the police to present Mwaipaya before the Milimani High Court at 11:00 am, along with the original detention warrant.
