Daddy Lumba’s widow sues TikToker for GH¢10 million

The widow of the late Ghanaian highlife legend Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, Akosua Serwah Fosuh, has filed a GH¢10 million defamation lawsuit against social media commentator Elizabeth Opuni, popularly known as Maa Lizzy.The suit, filed at the High Court in Accra, accuses the TikToker of publishing a series of allegedly false and defamatory statements about Fosuh following the death of her husband.
