Tompolo Takes PBAT Door-To-Door Movement To Owerri, Deploys 30 Campaign Vehicles As Uzodimma Backs Tinubu’s 2027 Bid
The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, led by its Grand Patron, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has expanded its nationwide political activities to Imo State with the inauguration of its state chapter in Owerri.
The event, held on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at Rear Admiral Ndubuisi Kalu Square, witnessed the presentation of 30 campaign vehicles, 30 generators, 60 public-address speakers and other materials to strengthen the movement’s operations across the state.
Tompolo, represented by the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Kestin Pondi, reaffirmed his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election, describing the President’s economic reforms as important steps towards Nigeria’s long-term development.
Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, commended Tompolo for the initiative and pledged to work closely with the movement in advancing President Tinubu’s re-election campaign.
Uzodimma emphasised the importance of reaching communities directly, engaging residents on government policies and strengthening political participation across the state’s 27 local government areas.
The inauguration attracted prominent political leaders, including the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr. Dennis Otuaro, alongside the movement’s National Coordinator, Comrade Sunday Adekanbi Asuku, APC stakeholders and supporters.
The Owerri inauguration marks another stage in the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement’s nationwide expansion ahead of the 2027 general elections.
