TMG Nurses Forum:  TMG celebrates Nurses for Dedication to Healthcare

byEbenezer MaduguOctober 29, 20260 The Director of Bullet TV, Sandra Nana Adwoa Annan, has commended nurses for their dedication and commitment to saving lives, particularly those serving in rural communities where access to healthcare and essential resources remains a challenge.

She made the remarks in her welcome address at the TMG Nurses Forum held at the Sika Hall in Accra.

Ms Annan said the initiative was an opportunity to celebrate the education, compassion and sacrifices of nurses who play a critical role in Ghana’s healthcare system.

She said Tobinco Media Group (TMG), through its media platforms, recognised its responsibility to support initiatives that make a meaningful difference in society beyond informing and entertaining the public.

“As a media organisation, we believe that beyond informing and entertaining, we have a responsibility to recognise those making meaningful differences in our society,” she said.

Ms Annan also announced that the Executive Chairman of TMG, Dr Samuel Amo Tobbin, had a surprise for two outstanding nurses present at the forum.

She expressed hope that the recognition would inspire other nurses and remind them that their sacrifices and contributions to healthcare delivery did not go unnoticed.

She thanked the nurses for their service, compassion and commitment to saving lives, describing them as the heartbeat of Ghana’s healthcare system.

The TMG Nurses Forum brought together nurses to celebrate their contributions to healthcare delivery and recognise their service to society.
